NAPERVILLE - Eight members of the Carthage women's lacrosse team were recognized as part of the 2026 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Women's Lacrosse awards, the conference announced Tuesday.
KAITLYN GOFF I DEFENDER I CO-DEFENSIVE I FIRST TEAM ALL-CCIW
Kaitlyn Goff, a junior from Park Ridge, Illinois, was named CCIW Co-Defensive Student-Athlete of the Year. Goff shares this with Grace Tumilty of Carroll. Goff picked up 57 ground balls, caused 31 turnovers, and won 95 draw controls. In the 2026 season, Goff hit a career high achievement of 100 career ground balls.
AUGGIE CLARIDGE I ATTACK I FIRST TEAM ALL-CCIW
Auggie Claridge, a junior from Wheaton, Illinois, registered 48 goals and 30 assists in the 2026 season. Additionally, Claridge has picked up 27 ground balls, caused 23 turnovers, and won 20 draw controls.
HANNAH KIM I MIDFIELD I FIRST TEAM ALL-CCIW
Hannah Kim, a senior from Aurora, Colorado, registered 15 goals and three assists in the 2026 season. Additionally, Kim picked up 41 ground balls, caused 30 turnovers, and won six draw controls.
PIPER LEFEVRE I MIDFIELD I FIRST TEAM ALL-CCIW
Piper LeFevre, a senior from Crystal Lake, Illinois, registered 34 goals and 17 assists in the 2026 season. Additionally, LeFevre picked up 22 ground balls, caused 16 turnovers, and won nine draw controls.
XOCHITL DELVALE-VERA I GOALKEEPER I FIRST TEAM ALL-CCIW
Xochitl Delvale-Vera, a sophomore from Kenosha, Wisconsin, anchored the Firebirds' defense in net this 2026 season. With a record of 13-3, Delvale-Vera secured 75 saves with a .493 save percentage. Additionally, Delvale-Vera recorded three shutouts this season.
ROSIE NOLAN I ATTACK I SECOND TEAM ALL-CCIW
Rosie Nolan, a senior from Chicago, Illinois, registered 36 goals and 13 assists in the 2026 season. Additionally, Nolan picked up eight ground balls, caused four turnovers, and won three draw controls.
KELSEY O'BRIEN I MIDFIELD I SECOND TEAM ALL-CCIW
Kelsey O'Brien, a freshman from Oak Park, Illinois, registered 28 goals and 11 assists in the 2026 season. Additionally, O'Brien picked up 21 ground balls, caused 13 turnovers, and won seven draw controls.
SOFIA WINTERKORN I DEFENDER I RESPECT AWARD
Sofia Winterkorn, a junior from Mount Prospect, Illinois, has been named a recipient of the CCIW RESPECT Award. At the conclusion of every sport's season, each varsity program will recognize one student-athlete as their RESPECT Award honoree. RESPECT Award recipients have distinguished themselves as an integral member of the team, their institution, and community by upholding the values of Responsibility, Enthusiasm, Service, Pride, Excellence, Collaboration, and Trust. The RESPECT Award recognizes the intangible traits a student-athlete possesses that exemplify great character and encourage inclusiveness and a positive culture.
