MISSION STATEMENT
Our Mission as a Strength and Conditioning department is to aid in the development of human beings through evidence-based training philosophies and consistent upholding of our standards and culture. Our training approach is always evidence-based and allows us to take a holistic approach to student-athlete development. Also, we aim to instill our culture pillars of success into each student athlete daily. We believe in building better human beings which in turn builds better athletes.
CULTURE PILLARS OF SUCCESS
The pillars below are character traits that we plan on instilling in our student-athletes during every interaction. We as a staff believe the implementation of these pillars will be crucial to the holistic development of our student athletes to not only make them better people, but better athletes as well. These pillars are the bedrock of our department and our staff.

PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY
- Engrain each one of our culture's pillars into the habits of our student athletes by striving for our athletes to be champions not only in competition but in life as well. We will coach every rep of every set of every facet of our training. We use evidence-based, scientific training methods along with a demanding, enthusiastic atmosphere to help achieve our training adaptation. The student athletes will train in a competitive and challenging environment each day with their health and safety as top priority. By doing this we will help develop positive character traits that will be useful for life after sport.
- Create a blueprint for success regarding the athletes and hold them accountable to our established culture and expectations as a department.
- Developing athletes in a physical, mental, and emotional manner to cultivate habits and qualities that allow for success on and off the competitive playing field.
- Set the tone day in and day out. Coaching is teaching, and teaching is motivating people to learn. We are here for the athletes; the athletes are not here for us. Serve the athlete in a way that not only improves physical performance on and off the field, but also develops important life skills.
