NEW ORLEANS - Four members of the Carthage men's track & field team have received All-Region honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), the association announced Wednesday. The top-8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. 

Camron Foster, a freshman from Skokie, Ill., was recognized in the triple jump. With a season best mark of 14.46m, Foster ranked third in the North Region in the event. Foster's best mark came at the Firebird Finale on March 6.

Dylan Parker, a junior from Skokie, Ill., ranked seventh in the North Region in the 400m. His best time of the year, 48.00# seconds, came at the Wartburg Qualifier on March 7.

Tyler Rose, a senior from Naperville, Ill., was recognized in both the shot put and the weight throw. His season best mark of 17.07m in the shot put ranked seventh in the region this season. Rose's mark also won him the CCIW Championship and CCIW Field Athlete of the Meet honors on Feb. 27. In the weight throw, Rose marked a season best throw of 19.19m at the Squig Converse on Jan. 30. Rose ranked fourth in the North Region in the event.

Jack Tilton, a freshman from Rochelle, Ill., earned All-Region honors in the high jump with a season best mark of 2.03m. The mark came at the CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championships and was good enough for Tilton to be ranked sixth in the region for the event.

Parker and Rose will compete in the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships on Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14 in Birmingham, Ala. For more information, visit athletics.carthage.edu.
