Liu to Compete in 2024 ITA Cup

KENOSHA - Junior Xingchen Liu of the Carthage women's tennis team will compete in the 2024 ITA Cup beginning on Thursday, Oct. 10 in Rome, Ga.

Liu qualified for the 2024 ITA Cup following a second place finish at the ITA Regional Tournament in St. Peter, Minn. on Sep. 23. Liu went 5-1 on the weekend and is currently 12-4 on the season in singles play.

Liu will open the tournament against Emily Kantrovitz of Emory at 11 a.m. EST on Thursday and will be guaranteed to play two more matches after, with Liu's opponents to be determined at a later time. For more information, visit athletics.carthage.edu.
