The second day of the NCAA Central Region Baseball Championship in Waterloo, Iowa, was rained out.  The Carthage College baseball team tried twice to start its game with Greenville College before the decision was made to postpone.  The game, originally scheduled for Noon, got underway at 2:48 p.m., before it was halted at 3:08 p.m.  The contest will resume, in the bottom of the first inning, on Friday, May 15 at noon.
