Curulewski Earns CSC Academic All-American Honors

GREENWOOD - Jacob Curulewski '26 of the Carthage men's track & field team has been named Second Team Academic All-American by College Sports Communicators (CSC), the organization announced Tuesday.

Curulewski, a native of Downers Grove, Ill., studied English and Political Science at Carthage and concluded the 2025-26 school year with a 3.768 grade point average.

Athletically, Curulewski won four CCIW titles this year, earning victories in cross country, the indoor 3,000-meter run, the indoor 5,000m run, and the outdoor 10,000m run. The senior also earned First Team All-American honors with an eighth place finish at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships, along with Second Team All-American honors in both the Outdoor 5,000m and 10,000m run.
