KENOSHA — The Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA) announced its 2025 All-Region teams this week, with three Carthage College student-athletes earning recognition in Region Five.
Ben Krok earned second-team honors, while
Sam Wallace and
Andrew Johnson received honorable mention selections.
Krok, from Vernon Hills, Illinois, finished the season with 30 goals and 29 assists for 59 points, ranking fifth in the CCIW in total points and ninth in shots per game. He appeared in all 16 games, collecting 23 ground balls and three caused turnovers. Krok tallied a season-high seven points with four goals and three assists in a win over Carroll (Wis.) on April 18. He also dished out four assists against Calvin on March 1. Krok was named First Team All-CCIW.
Wallace, from Bloomington, Minnesota, led the Firebirds with 66 ground balls and added 33 caused turnovers while starting all 16 games. He notched a season-best five caused turnovers against North Central (Ill.) on April 19 and scored in three straight games during the campaign. Wallace was also named to the All-CCIW First Team.
Johnson, Lakeville, Minnesota, recorded 39 goals and a team-high 48 assists for 87 total points—second-most goals and most assists on the team. He logged at least one goal in every game this season. Johnson posted season highs with four goals against Concordia (Wis.) on March 15, six assists against Cornell on March 12, and a season-best in shots on goal versus Albion on March 29. He was also a First Team All-CCIW honoree.
