GREENWOOD - The Carthage College men's and women's swimming and diving team had seven Firebirds nominated to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team the CSC announced Tuesday.

The 2024-2025 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes swimming & diving honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA — for each gender.

The men's swimming and diving team had four members announced; Aaron Shibilski, Conner Hwang, Logan Dales, and Paul Busse. 

The women's swimming and diving team had three members nominated: Grace Norman, Jocelyn Strebel, and Maria Gutzweiler.
