NAPERVILLE - The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) announced its Men's Swimming and Diving Student-Athletes of the Week. For the third time this season, Taydin Murphy of the Carthage Men's Swimming and Diving team was named Men's Diving Student-Athlete of the Week for the CCIW, the conference announced Tuesday. 

Murphy, a sophomore from Minooka, Illinois, competed in the 1-meter and 3-meter dives at the two-day dual against Wheaton this past weekend. Murphy set the tone for the Firebirds with a dominant performance on the boards, sweeping both diving events. Murphy opened the meet with a win in the 1-Meter (227.10) before securing the 3-Meter title with a commanding 252.35.
