White Tosses 13th Farthest Throw in NCAA History as Firebirds Compete at Augustana Twilight

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. — In the final tune up until the NCAA Championships, the Carthage College men's track and field team participated in the Augustana Twilight. Recently, the Carthage College track and field squad was ranked No. 21 in this week's U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Week Eight National Poll as student-athlete Joseph White broke another school record in the shot put as the throw ranks him as the 13th furthest throw in NCAA Division III history.
