ST. PETER, Minn. - The Carthage Firebirds women's tennis participated in the three-day ITA Midwest Regional Tournament over the weekend in St. Peter, Minnesota. First-year student-athlete and reigning College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin tennis student-athlete of the week Xingchen Liu advanced to the round of 16 in the singles draw before falling to Alli Laux of Gustavus.
