Throwers Post Strong Marks at UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative

WHITEWATER, Wis. — The Carthage men's and women's track and field teams sent their throwers to compete at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative on Saturday. The men's team earned a top finish from Joseph White in the hammer throw, taking fourth on a personal-best of 53.74 meters. As for the women, Kathryn Milschewski was the top finisher on a throw of 39.22 meters, with Alexis Mattox placing fifth and sixth in the hammer and shot put respectively.
