The Carthage College women's soccer team (2-0-1, 0-0 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin) wrapped up play in the Wisconsin-Oshkosh “Valley Cup” on Sunday, Sept. 5 with a 1-0 win over Olivet College (2-1) at J.J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium in Oshkosh, Wis. On Saturday, Sept. 4, Carthage blanked St. Mary's College (Ind., 0-2), 3-0. 

In the win over Olivet, the Lady Lads' Debbie Kozlowski scored the game's lone goal at 26:39 first half on a free kick from 23 yards out. Carthage travels to Dubuque, Iowa, on Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 11-12 to play in the Loras College/Wisconsin-Platteville Tournament at Loras' Rock Bowl. The Lady Reds play Wisconsin-Platteville on Saturday, Sept. 11 at 11:30 a.m., followed by a Sunday, Sept. 12 contest versus No. 24 Loras at 2 p.m.
