GREENWOOD - Four members of the Carthage women's tennis team have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2024-25 Women's Tennis Academic All-District Team, CSC announced Tuesday.

Giovanna Mendes (Mogi das Cruzes, Brazil), Maddie Kearney (Plainfield, Ill.), Sasha Manojlovic (Skokie, Ill.), and Xingchen Liu (Hefei, China) represent the Firebirds on the 2024-25 CSC Academic All-District Team for Women's Tennis.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District Women's Tennis teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's tennis honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
