Carthage 6, Carroll 1
WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Carthage men's tennis team traveled to face off against the Carroll Pioneers on Tuesday afternoon to close out the regular season. Despite the event being cut short due to bad weather, the Firebirds tallied enough points to claim victory over the Pioneers 6-1.

 

In doubles play, Elios Briand and Myles Krzewinski fell to Daniel Ezcurra and Adrian Gomez 8-3. Cooper Ferruzzi and Francisco Silveira earned an 8-2 win over Andrew Labelle and Felix Persson. Diego Silva and Luca Okino defeated Ryan Labelle and David Eman 8-2.

In singles play, Briand earned the win over A. Labelle 6-2, 6-3. Silva defeated R. Labelle 6-2, 6-3. Ferruzzi earned a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Eman. Okino defeated Jack McCaffery 6-1, 6-3. Silveira's match against Gomez and Krzewinski's match against Ezcurra were unable to be finished due to rain.
