GRAND RAPIDS -  The Carthage College women's swimming and diving team traveled to Grand Rapids, Michigan to compete in the Calvin Quad Invitational.

Kylie Kramp and Maria Gutzweiler went one and two in the 100 yard backstroke, clocking times of 1:00.72 and 1:03.04.

The Firebirds relay team took third place in the 800 yard freestyle relay in a time of 8:27.09.

Kramp placed third in the 200 yard backstroke, with a time of 2:13.79.

The Firebirds relay team of Emily Belcik, Gutzweiler, Noelle Marsh, and Kramp clocked a time of 3:46.85, taking third place in the 400 yard freestyle relay.
