NAPERVILLE - The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) announced its Women's Swimming and Diving Student-Athletes of the Week. For the second week in a row, Mae Norman of the Carthage Women's Swimming and Diving team was named Women's Diving Student-Athlete of the Week for the CCIW, the conference announced Tuesday. 

Norman, a sophomore from Clarkston, Michigan, competed in the 1-meter dive against the IIT Scarlet Hawks this past weekend, scoring a total of 160.60 and placing second. Additionally, Norman placed second in the 3-meter dive with a score of 158.20. 

The Firebirds are back in action on Friday, January 23, traveling to Appleton, Wisconsin, to take on Lawrence. Action is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. For more information, visit our athletics.carthage.edu.
