Coachs Remarks

"Millikin is always very competitive, and their crowd was with them tonight. They played some tremendous defense tonight. We struggled to get enough kills to compete. They served well, and we missed too many. We righted the ship. In set two and served and passed better. Set three was back and forth, then the service errors hurt us, and they got the separation they needed to win the set. Set four got out of hand early. Jenna Damon did her best on defense to keep us in the match. We are disappointed in the result, but we need to learn and keep growing. More tough road trips ahead for us. Still, a lot of volleyball to play, and the conference is still up for grabs. Gotta work hard and make adjustments."
