2023: Appeared in 112 sets over the season...Racked up 324 kills, nine assists, and 21 aces...Recorded 156 kills, six solo blocks and assisted 58 blocks...Earned CCIW Athlete of the Week.

2022: Appeared in 120 sets ... Tallied 367 kills and 920 total attacks ... She ended the season with 417 total points and a .251 hit average ... Was selected for the All-CCIW First Team for the first tme in her career ... Set a new single-game record for the most aces in a three-set match with a total of nine. 

2021 (Women's Volleyball): Appeared in 33 matches ... Third on the team in kills with 251 ... Fourth on the team in blocks with 33 ... Tallied a season-best 17 kills against Bethel (9/10/21). 

High School: Played volleyball at St. Michael Albertville High School under head coach Tammy Cornillez ... Named all-conference and Rookie of the Year ... Member of the conference championship team in 2018 and second place conference team in 2019 ... Named to the All-State academic list ... Lettered in track and field for three years. 

Personal: Daughter of Alyson and Jeremey Carel ... Mother was a former volleyball player at the University of Minnesota Duluth ... Father played basketball at Augsburg before transferring to UMD where he played beach volleyball and some indoor volleyball ... Has an older sister who is currently playing volleyball at Centrao in Pella, Iowa ... Studying Education while attending Carthage ... Played for the MN Select under head coach Scott Jackson.
