NAPERVILLE, Ill. — The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin announced the winners of their men's lacrosse players of the week on Tuesday, with Carthage's Noah Lindner earning offensive player of the week honors.

Last Saturday, Lindner tied his career high with 11 total points after scoring five goals and adding a career-best six assists. Both his point and assist marks ties him for the fifth-most in a single game in program history. He helped fuel a surging offense against Concordia Chicago that scored 28 points, tied for the fourth-most a Carthage team has put up in the program's 12-year history.

This marks the first conference player of the week honor for the Firebirds lacrosse team this season, and the first for Lindner since earning the award on February 17 last year.
