KENOSHA, WIS.—The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (10-5, 2-2 CCIW) will conclude their 2018 regular season with a two-game week that begins at Carroll University (Wis.) on Wednesday, April 25 at 7 p.m. The Red Men will face North Central College (Ill.) in the 2018 regular season finale on Saturday, April 28 at 1:00 p.m. The Red Men are in pursuit of their first win streak since March 6 when they defeated Piedmont College 9-2.

Andy Szun enters the week with 4.00 goals per game, which ranks fifth in the country. His 10 man-up goals this season is fourth among NCAA Division III men's lacrosse players.
Andy Meyers, who leads the Carthage face-off efforts with a 174-273 (.637) mark, ranks seventh among NCAA Division III players with 9.40 ground balls per game.

ABOUT CARROLL UNIVERSITY (2-11, 0-3 CCIW)

The Pioneers' lone victories this season occurred against Northland College (8-7) on February 25, and North Central University (Minn.) (12-3) on March 3. Airik Ranjo commands the Carroll offense with 13 goals and three assists for 16 points, while Michael Peters follows with 11 goals and three assists for 14 points. Steven Osterhout's 20 caused turnovers this season highlights the Carroll defense.

Goalie Abe Escrada sports a 15.66 goals against average, a .474 save percentage and a 1-10 win-loss record for Carroll. Escrada commands a goalie unit that leads the CCIW with 13.50 saves per game.

Brian Nowak is in his second season as Carroll head men's lacrosse coach. The Red Men are 3-0 all-time against the Pioneers.

ABOUT NORTH CENTRAL COLLEGE (ILL.) (5-9, 1-3 CCIW)

The Cardinals' lone CCIW victory occurred in a 24-2 decision against Carroll on April 11. Noah Parrill leads the North Central offense with 19 goals and 24 assists for 43 points. Tanner James (37), Nick Pardo (34) and Jared Weaver (31) are also key cogs to the North Central offense. Their defense is led by Brandon Pearl's 22 caused turnovers, followed by 20 each from Steven Faux and John Fitzgerald.

Jacob Ray sports a 154-277 (.556) mark in the face-off circle for North Central. Dylan Cost commands the North Central goalies with a 9.55 goals against average and a .494 save percentage over 760:18 of work.
