ORLANDO, Fla. – The Carthage College Red Men bounced back from their loss on Wednesday with a convincing win over Calvin College on their final day in Florida, 7-2.
The win snaps a three-match losing streak and improves the Red Men to 6-8 on the year, while Calvin falls to 8-3.
Carthage opened the day with wins in the one and two doubles matches by
Herman Abban and
Pawel Jaworski, and
Chris Conley and
Lukasz Jaworski respectively.
The quartet then followed that up with wins in the singles competition and were joined by
Fordy Leipold with a win in the six-singles match.
