KENOSHA, Wis. – The Carthage College Lady Red tennis team moved to 6-2 overall in dual matches and 4-2 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin following their impressive 9-0 win over North Park University Wednesday at Smeds Tennis Center.
 
In doubles, Carthage ran out to a 3-0 lead with convincing wins by Max Mella and Angelica Emmanouil (8-1), Taylor Bolyard and Casey Frommer (8-0) and Kristen Kalinka and Eliza Barter (8-1).
 
In singles, Mella, Frommer, Barter, Bolyard and Emmanouil won their singles one-through-five matches and Kirsten Peterson finished the perfect day for the Lady Reds, as each won in straight sets.
 
The Lady Reds continue action and closeout the fall regular season Friday, October 16th as Carthage hosts Elmhurst College.
