BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Carthage College Lady Reds tennis team rebounded from Saturday's loss with a 9-0 victory Sunday, October 11th at Illinois Wesleyan University's Beadles-Morse Courts.

The win moves the Lady Reds to 5-2 on the year in dual competitions and 3-2 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin.

Casey Frommer,
Eliza Barter,
Taylor Bolyard,
Angelica Emmanouil and
Kirsten Peterson each won their respective singles matches in straight sets, including Emmanouil who won without dropping a game, 6-0, 6-0.

In doubles Mella and Emmanouil won 8-4, Frommer and Bolyard won 8-0, and Barter and Peterson finished off the doubles sweep 8-3.

The Lady Reds return to Kenosha for their final two regular season matches starting with North Park University Wednesday, October 14th at 4:00 p.m. at Smeds Tennis Center.
