WHEATON, Ill. – The Carthage College women's tennis team dropped their match at Wheaton College, 8-1,  Saturday, October 10th.
 
The loss drops Carthage to 4-2 overall in dual matches and 2-2 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin.  Meanwhile, Wheaton improves to 8-1 on the year and remains perfect through six matches in the CCIW.
 
Carthage's doubles pair number two of Taylor Bolyard and Casey Frommer won the lone match for the Lady Reds Saturday, defeating Emily Jones and Anna-Katherine Barrett, 8-3.
 
Carthage will now travel to Illinois Wesleyan University to face the Titans Sunday, October 11 at 10:00 a.m. in the Lady Reds final road match of the fall season.
