Men's Lacrosse Falls to Adrian College, 10-5, on March 29

Red Men Play Host to Aurora on Wednesday

Box Score The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (8-2, 4-0 Midwest Lacrosse Conference) lost to non-conference-opponent Adrian College (5-2), 10-5, on Saturday, March 29 at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis. 

The game was tied, 2-2, after the initial period, but Adrian took a 6-4 halftime lead.  The Bulldogs and the Red Men traded goals in the third period, but Adrian scored three unanswered goals in the final period for the 10-5 margin.
 
Mitch Burgin led the Bulldogs with four goals and two ground balls, with Doug Boyd adding a goal, two assists and three ground balls.  Timothy Francis (Jr., Costa Mesa, Calif./Huntington Beach) scored two of Carthage's five goals. 

The Red Men play host to conference-opponent Aurora University (5-3, 3-0 MLC) on Wednesday, April 2 in a 7 p.m. game at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.
