Box Score The Carthage College women's lacrosse team (4-1, 1-0 Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference) defeated conference-opponent Fontbonne University (0-3, 0-1 MWLC), 22-3, on Saturday, March 22 at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.  The Lady Reds led by 15 points at halftime, 16-1.
 
Lauren Chatham (Sr., Hartland, Wis./Arrowhead) led Carthage with six goals, three assists and two ground balls.  Sydney Whitaker (Sr., Bainbridge, Wash.) had five goals and two assists, while Anna Schweiss (Sr., Parker, Colo./Chaparral) contributed three goals with one assist and a ground ball. 
 
Carthage travels to Southern California next week for two games.  The Lady Reds take on the University of Redlands (6-3) on Monday, March 24 at 7 p.m., PST, and Pomona Pitzer College on Wednesday, March 26, also at 7 p.m., PST.
