Box Score The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (11-2, 6-0 Midwest Lacrosse Conference) remains undefeated in Midwest Lacrosse Conference play after upending Defiance College (0-15, 0-8 MLC), 28-1, on Saturday, April 20 at Justin F. Coressel Stadium in Defiance, Ohio. 

The Red Men led the Yellow Jackets, 9-0, after the first period, 17-1, at halftime and 23-1 going into the fourth period.
 
Danny Morse (Jr., O'Fallon, Ill./O'Fallon Township) led the Red Men with nine goals, five assists and four ground balls.  Peter Slefinger (Sr., Wheaton, Ill./Wheaton-Warrenville South) scored six goals with an assist and three ground balls, and Jack Meachum (Jr., Naperville, Ill./North) had six goals, one assist and four ground balls.  Hunter Douglas (Sr., Colorado Springs, Colo./Cheyenne Mountain) collected 20 ground balls and was 24-for-26 in faceoffs.  Jesse Bailey scored the lone Defiance goal. 

Carthage plays host to conference-opponent the College of Mount St. Joseph (8-6, 5-2 MLC) on Sunday, April 21 in a 2 p.m. game at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis., a makeup from a postponed contest on March 16.
