Carthage College is playing host to the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Women's Basketball Tournament on Friday-Saturday, Feb. 22-23 at Tarble Arena in Kenosha, Wis. 

The tournament gets underway on Friday, Feb. 22 with two semifinal games.  Carthage (21-4, 13-1 CCIW), ranked 26th in this week's “D3hoops.com” poll, will play North Central College (13-12, 6-8 CCIW) in a 7 p.m. semifinal game on Friday, Feb. 22 with No. 43 Wheaton College (Ill., 21-4, 11--3) taking on Illinois Wesleyan University (18-7, 11-3) in the other semifinal contest at 5 p.m.  The Saturday, Feb. 23 title game gets underway at 7 p.m. 

Carthage has qualified for the CCIW Women's Basketball Tournament 11 times in 12 years since the event began in 2003.
