Box Score The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (2-0, 0-0 Midwest Lacrosse Conference) concluded a two-day trip to Michigan on Sunday, Feb. 10 with a 9-6 win over Albion College (0-1) at the Ultimate Soccer Arena in Pontiac, Mich.  The Red Men opened their 2013 season on Saturday, Feb. 9 with a 30-2 win over Calvin College (0-1), also at the Ultimate soccer Arena.
 
In the win over Albion, Carthage led, 3-1, after the first period, 5-3 at halftime and 5-4 after the third period.  Jared Ferrell (Fr., Trabuco Canyon, Calif./El Toro) led the Red Men with three goals and one assist, while Mason Poage (Sr., Columbia, Mo./Hickman) had a goal and two assists.  Dylan Neal led Albion with three goals and an assist. 

Carthage travels to Memphis, Tenn., on Saturday, Feb. 23 for a pair of games at Rhodes College's Fargason Field.  The Red Men play Birmingham-Southern College at 11 a.m. and Rhodes at 2 p.m.
