The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (7-2, 3-1 Midwest Men's Lacrosse Conference) defeated conference-opponent Trine University (5-4, 2-2 MMLC), 13-6, on Saturday, April 7 at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.  The Red Men led , 7-4, at halftime and 10-5 after three periods. 

Seth Molek (Jr., Oak Park, Ill./Oak Park-River Forest) led the Red Men with four goals, an assist and two ground balls.  Keegan Bowman (Sr., New Westminster, British Columbia/New Westminster Secondary) had two goals, two assists and three ground balls, with Danny Morse (So., O'Fallon, Ill./O'Fallon Township) and Peter Slefinger (Jr., Wheaton, Ill./Wheaton-Warrenville South) adding two goals each.  Carthage plays host to conference-opponent Aurora University (7-3, 3-1 MMMLC) on Wednesday, April 11 in a 7 p.m. game, also at Art Keller Field.
