Box Score The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (7-3, 3-2 Midwest Men's Lacrosse Conference) lost to conference-opponent Aurora University (8-3, 4-1 MMMLC), 7-6 in overtime, on Wednesday, April 11 at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis. 

Carthage led, 3-1, after the first period, 3-2 at halftime and 5-4 after three periods.  The Red Men extended their lead to 6-4 at 13:06 fourth period on a goal by Mike Upshaw.  Aurora's Jack Meachum scored with 5:18 to go to make it a one-point game, 6-5, and Justin Bose scored with 43 seconds remaining to send the game into overtime.  The Spartans' Andrew Schoessel scored with 3:47 remaining in overtime to give Aurora the 7-6 win.  Meachum and Pat Diorka each scored twice for the Spartans.  Carthage's Cory Childs (Sr., Savage, Minn./Prior Lake) had two goals and two ground balls, while Danny Morse (So., O'Fallon, Ill./O'Fallon Township) had two assists. 

Carthage plays host to league-opponent Adrian College (10-1, 5-0 MMLC) on Saturday, April 14 in a 1 p.m. game, also at Art Keller Field.
