Looking at Wisconsin-Whitewater:  Keri Carollo (181-94, 10 years thru March 1) coaches the No. 19 Wisconsin-Whitewater Warhawks, who finished third in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic conference with a 12-4 mark but advanced to the title game of the WIAC Women's Basketball Championship before losing to Wisconsin-Stevens Point by an 81-60 margin.  Wisconsin-Whitewater is making its 12th NCAA appearance.  Its 2008 team went 29-4 and finished third at the national championship in Holland, Mich., after winning a sectional title over DePauw in Whitewater, Wis.  The Warhawks lead the series with the Lady Reds, 22-12, and the last meeting resulted in a 79-74 Carthage win on March 6, 2010 in the second round of the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Championship at Kachel Fieldhouse in Whitewater, Wis.

Looking at DePauw:  Kris Huffman (431-101, 19 years thru March 1) coaches the No. 4 DePauw University Tigers, who are making their ninth-straight NCAA appearance and their 13th in the last 17 years.  DePauw is 19-11 in NCAA post-season play.  The Tigers won the 2007 national title and finished third in 2002.  Last year, DePauw fell to Hope, 77-65, in a first-round game in Holland, Mich.  This year's team enters NCAA play riding a 25-game winning streak.  The Tiger's only loss of the season was in their second game, a 52-47 decision to Franklin College.  DePauw won the North Coast Athletic Conference title with a perfect 16-0 mark and won the NCAC Women's Basketball Tournament with a 61-41 decision over Denison University in the title game.  In the only meeting between the Tigers and the Lady Reds, DePauw won an 81-78 game on Dec. 4, 1993 at the St. Mary's (Ind.)
