The Carthage College women's lacrosse team (5-7, 4-1 Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference) lost to non-conference opponent the College of Wooster (7-3), 15-9, on Sunday, April 10 at Carl Dale Field in Wooster, Ohio.

The Scots led at halftime, 9-4, and out-shot the Lady Reds by a 35-24 margin. Madison Carey led Wooster with five goals and an assist, while Clare Nelson-Johnson had four goals. Natalie Ceis (So., Seattle, Wash./Seattle Prep) scored three goals with an assist for Carthage. Carthage travels to Cincinnati, Ohio, on Saturday, April 16 to play conference-opponent the College of Mount St. Joseph in a 3 p.m., EDT game at Schueler Field.
