The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (7-0, 0-0 Midwest Men's Lacrosse Conference) extended its school-record winning streak to seven games on Friday, March 18 with a 14-8 win over Berry College (1-6) at the Ford Lacrosse/Soccer Field in Mount Berry, Ga. 

Carthage led, 8-2, at halftime and 11-4 after the third period. The Red Men out-shot the Vikings, 10-5. Carthage's Keegan Bowman (Jr., New Westminster, British Columbia/New Westminster Secondary) had four goals and two assists, while Mason Poage (So., Columbia, Mo./Hickman) had four goals and one assist. Cory Childs (Sr., Savage, Minn./Prior Lake) collected three assists, and Kyle Honn (Jr., Woodridge, Ill./Lisle-Benet Academy) had eight ground balls. Bryan Byers led the Vikings with two goals and two assists. 

Carthage's spring trip concludes on Saturday, March 19 with a Noon, EDT game versus Mercer University at Bear Field in Macon.
