The Carthage College women's lacrosse team (2-9) lost to the College of Wooster (6-2), 18-10, on Saturday, April 10 at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis. 

Wooster led, 9-4, at halftime, and the Scots outscored the Lady Reds, 9-6, in the second period. Wooster had a 27-16 edge in shots and an 11-4 margin in ground balls. Becca Worthington, Clare Nelson-Johnson and Nina Dine each scored four goals for the Scots. Olivia Nino (Fr., Pleasanton, Calif./Foothill) led the Lady Reds with five goals, while Natalie Ceis (Fr., Seattle, Wash./Seattle Prep) and Hannah Sopeth (So., Lakeville, Minn./North) had two goals each. Carthage travels to Naperville, Ill., on Wednesday, April 14 to play North Central College in a 7 p.m. game at Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium.
