Hayden Hulser joined the Carthage College strength and conditioning staff as a graduate assistant in 2025. Hayden received her CSCS certification in the spring of 2025. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, where she graduated in the
same year. During the 2024–2025 academic year, Hulser served as an intern with Wagner’s Sports Performance program, assisting with training for all athletic teams, with a primary focus on football, baseball, and women’s lacrosse.
Before her time at Wagner, she completed a summer internship in 2024 at Boss Sports Performance, where she worked with high school swimmers and volleyball players, as well as members of the general population with diverse training needs.
In addition to her academic and professional experience, Hayden was a dual-sport NCAA Division I student-athlete at Wagner, competing in both water polo and diving. As a member of the women’s water polo team, she contributed to three Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) championship titles during her collegiate career.
