KENOSHA, Wis. — Four members of the Carthage softball team were named to the 2026 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Team, recognizing outstanding performances both on the field and in the classroom.
Representing the Firebirds on the Academic All-District® Team were
Olivia Hristov,
Clare Rettler,
Rylee Boyd and
Gwen Hendrick. Rettler and Hendrick were also selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists and will advance to the national ballot for Academic All-America consideration.
The CSC Academic All-District® program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined athletic and academic achievements. Academic All-America® honorees for NCAA Division III will be announced June 16.
