Carthage’s Manteufel Recognized on WGCA All-Region Team

PALM DESERT — Carthage College women's golfer Lexi Manteufel earned Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Region 4/Great Lakes All-Region honors for the 2025-26 season.

A sophomore from Franksville, Wis., Manteufel finished the season with a 75.9 scoring average across 1,670 total strokes. She secured All-CCIW First Team recognition after placing second at the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Championship.

Manteufel also collected CCIW Student-Athlete of the Week honors during the season. She carded a season-low round of 72 on five occasions and posted eight rounds of 73 or better.

With the recognition, Manteufel became the first Carthage women's golfer since the 2021-22 season to earn WGCA All-Region honors.
