GREENWOOD— Carthage College men's basketball student-athlete AJ Williams has been named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced Tuesday.

Williams, who was named to the All-District team last year, had a season-best 15 points against Millikin on February 7 while grabbing five rebounds against Wisconsin-Platteville on December 9. Williams appeared in 26 games on the season, starting 10 while tallying 12 steals and 21 assists. 

The 205-26 Academic All-District® men's basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
