"I love coaching this group. We have so much fun together and are really enjoying the days we get to be in the gym.
I am incredibly proud of the team today. We all did a great job of coming out to play immediately and defending with urgency.
Owen Otto and
Zack Noland were all over the place to defend the floor in the backcourt. They also did a great job passing along with
Owen Hendricks to keep us in system. We also blocked the ball well with
Hudson Sweitzer and
Ryan Cholewinski leading the way with our system adjustments.
I can't tell you how thankful I am to have to have a team full of men that believe in each other and play for each other. This group continues to impress me as people with their genuine care for each other daily.
We get to play a great Augustana team on Saturday and I can't wait to go to battle with this group again! Please come out and help us DEFEND TARBLE!"
Carthage returns home to close out the regular season against Augustana (Ill.) on Saturday, April 5 at 3 p.m.
