Coachs Remarks

"Stressful first half and we hurt ourselves just not making the plays we needed. It's a game of inches and we were missing plays early. Think some of it was an adrenaline thing and trying to fly around too much early in the game but I thought the coaches made good adjustments and did a good job of keeping the team composed. Workman started to win and that really helped us go on a run in the last twenty. The offense was great all day. Very efficient on our possessions and once we started getting them the ball they put it away. Bloomer didn't have his A game today and I thought Jake really played great. He stopped the bleeding and made some huge saves when it was a two to three goal game. I trust all four of our keepers so it's nice to be able to make a change and not worry about how things might go. Our top four O guys continue to be elite and set records but I thought Westland and Cameron did so many little things well and played some great lacrosse with those four and opened things up for the whole offense. Coach Dex, Lindner and Rossi have been pushing these guys to focus on the little things and margins and that was the difference in us pulling away."
