"I was pretty frustrated tonight with our effort in the first half. I thought some guys really came to play. The first line midfield was locked in,
Jake Williamson had some great stops, and
George Mobraaten and
Josh Flores handled two good attackmen well but there were an equal number of lackluster efforts too and some selfish plays and both hurt us. I know I let the team have it at the break but we have so much potential and this would have been a loss if we had been playing a CCIW rival. The first half was playing out the time on the board and not playing to get better and with our focus this week being to invest your time I thought we failed in the first two frames. The third quarter was much better and thought we played to our ability. I also thought a lot of guys that came off the bench had some good moments and things they can continue to build on. We have a very tough opponent Saturday so need to let this one go and get back to work."
