Coachs Remarks

"Not pretty but a grit game for us and we will take it. There is a lot of opportunity for us to get better with film and coaching. We got a little caught up in their chaos and think we made some plays in the fog of war that hurt us but we fought through a lot of adversity today and found a way to finish this one on the right side. Lake Forest was 16/3 last year and the second-round tournament team. They had everyone back and 22 seniors and we just snapped their 16 home game winning streak so very good early season win. We will win and get back to work for Dubuque in a week."
