KENOSHA – The Carthage College women's soccer team continued conference play on Wednesday evening, hosting the Wheaton Thunder. The Firebirds struck first in the opening half, but Wheaton responded after halftime to even the score, resulting in a 1-1 draw.

- The Firebirds struck first in the 37th minute when Ruby Hillegass found the back of the net, finishing off an assist from Jess Beymer to give Carthage a 1–0 lead heading into halftime.
- Carthage held firm defensively for much of the second half, but the Thunder equalized in the 82nd minute. Despite several late chances for both sides, the match ended level at one apiece.
- The Firebirds collected 14 shots, seven of which were shots on goal.
- Ainsley Stallworth held down the net, collecting four saves.
