  • Location: Art Keller Field, Kenosha, Wisconsin

How it Happened

  • The Warhawks added two more goals just minutes apart, scoring in the 77th minute and capitalizing on a takeaway inside the box less than a minute later to make it 3-0.
High Flyers
  • Aaron The finished the night with 12 saves while playing the full 90 minutes in goal for the Firebirds.

Coachs Remarks
"It was a contrast of playing styles tonight, and we needed to work a little harder to ensure that our passing game was successful. As our last non-conference game, it was a good opportunity to get playing time for guys who needed experience, and that will help for the CCIW run-in."

Team Results
  • Carthage returns to conference play on Wednesday, October 15, playing Wheaton (Ill.) at 7 p.m.
