Coachs Remarks

"That's a really good Lake Forest team that will likely win 13 to 14 games this regular season. We are still fighting to get healthy, but am so proud of the guys. I was too emotional during this game, but we were scrambling to get back to playing a good level of lacrosse, and we just didn't want to let this one slip away. The zone was a team effort, and both sides of the ball had to work together to make it successful. The real key to winning today was our clearing game, though. We were 24/25, and that allowed us to really slow down their offense but valuing the ball on the other side."

Up Next
  • Carthage heads to Dubuque on Saturday, March 16, for a 1 p.m. contest.
