NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) has announced this week's Student-Athletes of the Week, with Carthage College men's volleyball student-athlete Ben Heise collecting his first career Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week award. 

Heise, from Middleton, Wis., totaled a season-best seven blocks and four digs in Carthage's 3-1 win over MSOE on February 15. The seven blocks by Heise was also a match-best. 

Carthage begins conference play on Friday, February 23, at 7 p.m.
