KENOSHA, Wis. — The women's bowling team from Carthage College showcased a strong performance, securing a notable fourth-place finish at the Storm Baker Challenge held over the weekend.
The Firebirds displayed skill and determination, accumulating an impressive overall total of 6792 and claiming the fourth spot out of 11 participating schools. In a closely contested matchup, Carthage faced off against Calumet College of St. Joseph, engaging in three intense games with scores of 158-154, 171-158, and 174-142.
Looking ahead, Carthage is set to return to the lanes on Friday, February 9, to participate in the Lewis Flyer Classic—a three-day event scheduled to unfold in Lockport, Illinois.
