ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The Carthage men's soccer team continued College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) play, ending with a 4-0 win against Augustana (Ill.) on Saturday afternoon.

• Records: Carthage 7-2-1 (2-0-1 CCIW) - Augustana 0-7-2 (0-2-0 CCIW)

• The Firebirds got on the board quickly with a goal by Aidan Crowder in the first four minutes to take the lead 1-0. 
• During the first half, the Firebirds took eleven shots and maintained their lead heading into halftime. 
• Mickey Reilly, assisted by Aidan Crowder, kicked off the second half, adding a goal in the 49th minute. 
• The Firebirds maintained the momentum, and Aidan Crowder found the back of the net in the 55th minute to increase Carthage's margin to 3-0. 
• With a strong offensive performance underway, Firebird TJ McVey extended the lead to 4-0 with a goal in the 83rd minute. 
• The Firebirds held onto the lead to defeat Augustana 4-0. 

• Aidan Crowder led the team with two goals and four shot attempts.
• Mickey Reilly, TJ McVey each contributed one goal.
• Jethro Yumange added three shot attempts, while Mickey Reilly had two, and Samuel Riano ended with one.
• Thomas Howard IV ended the game with one save.
